From steel cutting to launch, every stage of our production process is subject to systematic quality control procedures. No step is taken without inspection.

Incoming material inspection
Every steel plate, profile, and component undergoes certificate verification and physical examination upon arrival at the facility.

Weld quality inspection
Hull welding operations are monitored during and after completion through visual inspection and, where necessary, NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) methods.

Structural integrity tests
After hull completion, watertightness, pressure, and structural durability tests are conducted.

Mechanical system integration
Following engine, generator, shaft, and propeller installation, all mechanical systems undergo performance testing.

Electrical and safety systems
Electrical wiring, fire safety systems, and navigation equipment are tested in accordance with CE standards.

Sea trials and delivery
